Rules on Registration Support of Agrochemicals for Oversea Buyers

Considering the large quantity of requests from foriegn customers on asking our company's R&D center to provide support on registration in their MOA, combining the practical experiences we got for many years on supporting customers' registration, we made this rules.                                

1.            Agreement              

All the new customers who require us to support registration are requested to sign an trade-protection agreement with our company , the details of the agreement is              determined by bilateral consulation, on the purpose strengthening the long-run cooperation and protecting our mutual benefits. The original copy of the agreemnent will be sent by mail for both sides to keep. The copy sent by email or fax will not be accepted by our company.              

2.             Deposit of  Registration              

On the basis of signing an agreement, buyers who require us to provide support on registration should firstly remit 50% of the total expendicture of supporting registration as deposit. Buyers should provide the detail requirements of the registration, and we will do budget according to the  registration reqirements. The bill will be sent to customers for their check. Once checked, customers should firstly remit 50% of the budget to our company as deposit . And the deposit will be returned to customers in batches from the payment of the goods when they buy from us after registration finished. The purpose of the deposit will be show the sincerity of customers on the long-run cooperation with us.              

After remitting the deposit, if customers require to chang registration requests in the registration period, but we can not provide documents of such chang, we will deduct the real cost, and return the remainder to the customer.

3.             Free support on registration              

We will gradually provide free support to those who have long-run cooperation       relationships with us in a planned way. New customers who have had real trade relationships with us before requiring the support for registration, we will offer free support according to the specific condition.              

Our company expect and welcome all the customers to establish long-run, stable, and mutual beneficial cooperation relationship with us and comprehend as well as support this rule. We expect the sincere cooperation from you, and together we do registration work and make our trade smoothly.
